Location: Chengannasery, Kerala

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Deep Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning teams across residential, commercial and institutional sites. You will plan and supervise jobs, manage the crew, keep quality high and make sure every client is satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead deep cleaning teams at client sites such as homes, apartments, offices, hotels, restaurants, hospitals and post-construction sites.
- Plan daily job schedules and assign cleaners to sites based on workload and skill.
- Inspect work at the start, during and after each job to make sure it meets quality standards and the client’s requirements.
- Supervise specialised services like kitchen and bathroom deep cleaning, floor scrubbing and polishing, sofa and carpet shampooing, tank cleaning, glass and facade cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
- Make sure cleaning machines, chemicals and tools are used correctly, safely and economically.
- Maintain stock of cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment, and raise requisitions in advance.




- Train new staff in cleaning techniques, machine handling, chemical safety and client etiquette.
- Enforce use of uniforms, PPE and safety practices at all sites.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, handle feedback and resolve complaints quickly.
- Prepare job quotations, site estimates and area measurements where required.
- Maintain attendance, job reports, checklists and daily work records.
- Make sure jobs are completed on time and report progress to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a cleaning or facility management agency.
- Strong knowledge of deep cleaning methods, cleaning chemicals, and machines such as scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, polishers and pressure washers.
- Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a team of cleaners.
- Good communication and client handling skills in Malayalam. Basic English or Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong sense of quality, discipline and time management.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and emergencies.
- Basic smartphone skills for reporting, Whats App updates and attendance tracking.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends, as the schedule demands.
