Position: Mechanical & CAD Engineers (Must own Mac Book)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

- Complete and narrate real mechanical design and CAD tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models.
- Evaluate and improve AI model performance through structured engineering workflows.
- Provide explicit explanations of engineering decisions to enhance model reasoning.
- Work independently with flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate asynchronously to support AI research objectives.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- 2–3 years of experience or currently pursuing a Master's in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in Mac-compatible CAD tools such as Fusion 360, Onshape,



Shapr3D, or FreeCAD.
- Own a Mac Book or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

- Familiarity with GD&T; and engineering drawings.
