As a Senior Associate - Strategy Consulting – Corporate Deals Technology you will help clients navigate complex transactions, support technology integration and separation activities, and develop approaches that drive value realization across mergers, divestitures, and restructuring efforts within our Deals practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections,
and guide junior team members while deepening your technical skills and business context.
In this role at PwC, you will support deal integration and value realization efforts by interpreting data, developing recommendations, and contributing to post-merger planning and execution. You will work within our Deals practice and use critical thinking, professional judgment, and a client-focused mindset to help address changing priorities and deliver work that aligns with engagement goals.
