Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients across the MSME sector. This role involves overseeing client accounts, understanding business needs, and proposing strategic solutions that support growth and performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting business reviews, developing account plans, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, and monitoring client satisfaction and outcomes. The Key Account Manager will also analyze market trends,



identify current opportunities within existing accounts, and ensure timely communication and reporting to clients and stakeholders. The role requires proactive engagement, strong follow-through, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards.
