The CPA Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for our BFSI clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information about our products and services. Working within the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower – Back Office team, you will ensure high‑quality support, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to operational efficiency in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to senior teams when necessary.
• Provide detailed information on Digitide Solutions' BFSI products, services, and processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with back‑office departments to coordinate issue resolution and service delivery.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely response and resolution.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements to management.




• Prepare daily and weekly reports on call volumes, issue types, and resolution metrics.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with industry regulations and company policies.
• Promote a positive brand image by delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer care or client support within BFSI or similar regulated industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and provide effective solutions.
• Knowledge of banking, insurance, or capital markets regulations is a plus.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities in a high‑volume environment.
