About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, client relationship management, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and other sales channels.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients to convert them into customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain the company's products or services effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
• Handle customer queries, objections,



and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in making sales calls and interacting with clients.
