The MIS Executive will be responsible for consolidating and analyzing operational data across the CLM Domestic BFSI back‑office, producing accurate management information systems (MIS) reports, and delivering actionable insights to improve service delivery. This role works closely with Customer Care Executives, IT, and senior management to ensure data integrity, monitor SLA performance, and support regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proficient with analytical tools, and able to translate complex data into explicit business recommendations.

Responsibilities
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for BFSI back‑office operations.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources (CRM, ticketing, finance) ensuring accuracy.
• Analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau for senior management review.
• Support Customer Care Executives by providing data insights for issue resolution.
• Ensure data integrity through cleansing, validation, and quality checks.




• Coordinate with IT to automate report generation and data extraction processes.
• Monitor SLA compliance and produce exception and variance reports.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analysis for audit, regulatory, and management requests.
• Document reporting procedures and train junior staff on MIS tools.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS/reporting within BFSI or back‑office environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros) and SQL querying.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with CCEs and senior management.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of BFSI processes
