About the Role

THC Consulting FZE is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Influencer Outreach Specialist to support the growth of the company projects.

This role combines social media marketing, video content creation, influencer and creator outreach, community engagement, lead generation, partnerships, and digital business development.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable being hands-on with social media — including creating videos, appearing in or producing short-form content, managing social channels, researching prospects, contacting influencers and generating measurable business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Video Content Creation
• Develop and execute weekly and monthly social media content plans for Bellokey and Blingram.
• Create, film, edit and publish short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, Shorts and Stories for social media platforms.
• Develop creative video concepts based on current trends, product features,



campaigns and target audiences.
• Create engaging educational, promotional, entertaining and product-focused video content.
• Adapt videos and content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
• Participate in video content where appropriate, including product demonstrations, promotional videos and social media campaigns.
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN or similar platforms.
• Create graphics, captions, thumbnails and other supporting social media content.
• Manage daily social media publishing and content distribution.
• Identify relevant Facebook, LinkedIn and Telegram communities for targeted content distribution.
• Monitor content performance, engagement, reach and conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of published content, links, engagement and generated inquiries.
