About the Role
We are looking for a technically strong, hands-on engineer to join our team during the final engineering, execution and commissioning stage. You will shape, review, implement and commission the facility's HVAC and environmental-control systems, with a focus on indoor air quality, ventilation, filtration, temperature and humidity control, reliability and long-term operating performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. HVAC System Design and Engineering - Primary Responsibility
• Develop HVAC system designs, engineering calculations, equipment selections and technical specifications.
• Perform or verify cooling-load calculations, airflow and fresh-air calculations, duct sizing, chilled-water piping calculations, pump selection and pressure-drop assessments.
• Evaluate and select chillers, chilled-water systems, pumps, air handling units (AHUs), DOAS, VAV systems and associated equipment.




• Prepare and review HVAC layouts, ducting and piping drawings, equipment schedules, BOQs and technical submissions.
• Establish design requirements for ventilation, filtration, temperature and humidity control, indoor air quality and environmental monitoring.
• Evaluate system configurations, identify design deficiencies and recommend technically sound, energy-efficient solutions.

2. Technical Evaluation and Design Validation
• Independently assess HVAC designs and proposals from OEMs, consultants and contractors.
• Review calculations, equipment selections, specifications, technical deviations and performance claims.
• Identify gaps between design intent, equipment capability and actual operating requirements.
• Coordinate with specialist consultants and vendors where additional technical expertise is required.
