Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across government, corporate, and individual segments to expand the platform’s seller and buyer base.



The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and develop tailored proposals and pitches to onboard new clients. Daily activities include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating commercial terms, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and auction execution, and tracking performance against growth targets. The role also involves representing Bharat Auction House at industry events, gathering feedback to improve services, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance the platform’s visibility and adoption.
