Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations for assigned territories, drive business growth in affordable housing loans, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies,



building and maintaining relationships with channel partners and customers, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the loan lifecycle. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and using Truhome’s proprietary sales tools to optimize lead generation, conversion, and portfolio quality. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
