Take a leading role in shaping the frontend architecture of a sophisticated global payments platform used by merchants to manage their day-to-day operations. As a Staff Engineer, Frontend, you will drive technical strategy across multiple engineering teams, influencing architecture, component systems, performance, and the overall merchant experience. You will help evolve an AI-powered conversational interface while ensuring consistency across account setup, monitoring, workflows, and auditing capabilities. Working hands-on with TypeScript, React, and up-to-date frontend technologies, you will combine technical depth with cross-team leadership and mentorship. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to make impactful architectural decisions. Accountabilities:
You will define and drive frontend engineering strategy across several interconnected product areas, combining hands-on development with architectural leadership, technical mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

Set and execute frontend technical strategy across multiple Account Experience teams, covering architecture, component systems, and implementation decisions.

Own the architecture of a complex, data-intensive merchant platform, establishing scalable patterns for state management, application structure, and performance.
