The Junior Web Designer will assist in creating and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with brand guidelines and project requirements. Daily responsibilities include designing web pages and graphics, supporting front-end layout and styling, and ensuring responsive behavior across devices and browsers. The role involves collaborating with senior designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to refine designs, implement feedback, and maintain consistency across digital assets. The Junior Web Designer will also help optimize visual content for performance and accessibility while learning and applying best practices in contemporary web design.
Qualifications
• Strong foundational skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design, with the ability to create clean, user-centric layouts.




• Proficiency in Graphic Design and working with Graphics for web, including basic image editing and asset creation.
• Basic Front-End Development skills (HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript) to translate designs into functional interfaces.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility principles.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment.
