Role Description The Senior Telecaller – Admissions and Counselling role is a full-time hybrid position based in Alwar, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective learners,



providing accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The Senior Telecaller will counsel students and parents on suitable programs, assess their needs and goals, and maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM or other tracking tools. Daily responsibilities include following up on inquiries and leads, meeting admission targets, coordinating with academic and operations teams, and supporting online and offline admission campaigns. The role also requires addressing queries professionally, ensuring a positive experience for every prospective learner, and providing feedback to management on recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
