The Gallagher Center of Excellence is on the lookout for dynamic Claims Reporting Senior Analysts to join our esteemed Claims team. As the pivotal Sr Analyst – Claims Reporting, you will be entrusted with the mission of delivering unparalleled customer service, adept claims assistance, and meticulous compliance and documentation across diverse geographies.



Your role is crucial in ensuring the seamless transition and delivery of various shared services functions to our internal stakeholders, all while championing a culture of excellence. Furthermore, you will play a key role in nurturing a collaborative environment, fostering continuous improvement, and maintaining a steadfast focus on customer satisfaction within the shared services team. This position offers the unique opportunity to engage with teams across the US, UK, and New Zealand. Experience in client management will be considered a significant advantage.
