Role: SAP Integration Consultant – PO / CPI / EDI
Experience: 5–10 Years
We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Consultant with solid hands-on expertise in SAP Process Orchestration (PO/PI), SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) within SAP Integration Suite, and EDI integrations.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting end-to-end integrations between SAP and external/non-SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and support integrations using SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP ECC/S/4HANA, cloud applications, third-party applications, and external business partners.
Work with integration technologies and protocols including:
IDoc
RFC/BAPI
SOAP/REST APIs
OData
SFTP/FTP
HTTP/HTTPS
AS2
XML/JSON
Develop and support EDI interfaces for customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and other trading partners.
Support common EDI transaction scenarios such as purchase orders, order acknowledgements, invoices, advance shipping notices,



and delivery-related messages.
Perform message mapping, data transformation, routing, validation, and exception handling.
Develop and maintain iFlows in SAP CPI / Cloud Integration.
Configure and support adapters, certificates, security credentials, endpoints, and connectivity.
Monitor interfaces and proactively identify failed or delayed messages.
Troubleshoot integration failures and perform root-cause analysis (RCA).
Reprocess failed messages and coordinate with SAP functional, Basis, network, security, and external partner teams.
Support PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite / CPI migration initiatives.
Analyze existing interfaces and recommend migration or modernization approaches.
Handle incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change requests within agreed SLAs.
Prepare technical specifications, interface design documents, mapping documents, SOPs, and RCA documentation.
Support testing, deployment, cut
