The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist will design, develop, and support CRM solutions that help teams manage business processes and customer information effectively. This role combines hands-on technical development with business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing platform improvement. You will customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, build Power Platform solutions, and develop integrations using C#, .NET, REST APIs, and Microsoft Azure services. Working closely with business stakeholders and an international IT team, you will translate operational needs into scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions. You will also troubleshoot production issues, improve system performance, and ensure users can make the most of CRM capabilities. Accountabilities

•
CRM solution delivery: Design, develop, customize, implement, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet business requirements and improve operational workflows.

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 components, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, process flows, security roles, and solution configurations.

Develop and maintain custom CRM functionality and integrations using C#, .NET, REST APIs, and Microsoft Azure integration services.

Build and enhance Microsoft Power Platform solutions that streamline business processes, improve productivity, and support evolving organizational needs.

•
Integration and application development: Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications and business systems using RESTful services, APIs, and appropriate Microsoft integration technologies.
