Role Description The Digital Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product demos, and managing the entire digital sales cycle for Linkworks.AI’s supply chain intelligence solutions.



Day-to-day tasks include engaging with leads via email, phone, and virtual meetings, understanding client pain points, and positioning the platform’s value through consultative selling. The Digital Sales Executive will maintain accurate sales pipelines, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies. The role also involves tracking market trends, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to revenue growth and customer retention.
