Role Description The Community Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for strengthening the connection between guests, local communities, and Impresario’s brands. This position manages day-to-day community engagement across outlets,



including hosting and coordinating events, handling collaborations with local partners, and supporting brand activations. The role involves interacting with guests to gather feedback, nurture loyalty, and encourage repeat visits through thoughtful communication and outreach. The Community Executive works closely with operations, marketing, and social media teams to ensure consistent brand representation and to support campaigns and promotions at the store level. The role also includes tracking engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for community-driven initiatives, and contributing ideas to enhance the overall guest experience.
