Role Description The Customer Care Professional role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the professional will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and in-store support, ensuring timely responses and resolution of queries.



Responsibilities include addressing product and service inquiries, managing order and delivery-related concerns, recording and tracking customer issues, and coordinating with internal teams for escalations and follow-ups. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, collecting feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement in customer experience. The Customer Care Skilled is expected to uphold Royaloak’s standards of service, support sales and after-sales processes, and promote customer loyalty.
