Job Requirements

Program manager Role Summary:

Lead a complex global legal entity transition impacting customer contracts, ordering, invoicing and related

operational processes. Own program governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination and executive

reporting, ensuring customer continuity and revenue protection throughout transition and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

Own the integrated program plan, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and executive governance.

Manage and track all contract assignments, novations and exceptions across legal entities and

countries.

Drive resolution of commercial, operational, legal and customer-impact risks.

Lead cross-functional governance and hypercare teams across Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, Tax,

IT, Order Management, Collections and Customer Support.





Maintain dashboards and reporting covering assignment progress, customer impact, invoicing risk,

revenue exposure and escalations.

Provide transparent recommendations and decision support to leadership.

Required Experience

10+ years' program, transformation or complex change leadership experience.

Proven delivery of large cross-functional initiatives in global environments.

Strong governance, risk management and executive stakeholder management skills.

Experience working across commercial, legal, finance, operations and technology teams.

Able to drive accountability and outcomes without direct authority.
