We are hiring Blended Customer Support Agents (Voice + Chat).

Job Details:

- Role: Blended Customer Support Agent (International Voice + Chat/Messaging)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in international customer support, with experience in both voice and chat
- Industry (mandatory): FinTech, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services; Crypto experience
- Location: Work from Office
- Shift: Rotational shifts and week-offs
- Contract: 9 months, extendable

Key Requirements:

- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling complex queries, escalations, and high ticket volumes
- Knowledge of customer support metrics such as CSAT, QA, TTR, and FCR
- Basic awareness of AI-powered support tools is preferred
- Versant requirement: C1 level, with an expected score of 75–77+
