Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic accounts, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth across government, infrastructure, construction, real estate, and enterprise sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, government departments, EPC contractors, and enterprise clients.
- Understand client requirements and position suitable drone-based solutions.
- Coordinate proposals, tenders, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.




- Develop strategic partnerships and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering services, geospatial technology, or enterprise solutions is preferred.
- Exposure to government tenders, PSU clients, or large enterprise accounts is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and engage senior decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
