* Employment Type: Visiting Consultant / Panel (2 to 3 days per week)
* Required Experience: 2 to 5+ years in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) / Reproductive Medicine
* Salary / CTC:
* Fixed OPD Retainer: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (for 2–3 weekly designated sessions)
* OR Revenue Share: 60% – 70% share per OPD consultation + ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per IUI cycle
Role Overview:
ABM Hospital is launching a dedicated preconception and fertility optimization wing. We are empaneling a Reproductive Medicine Specialist to run focused clinical clinics for couples struggling with primary and secondary subfertility.




Key Responsibilities:
* Manage outpatient infertility workups, ovarian follicular tracking, and ovulation induction protocols.
* Formulate evidence-based clinical protocols for low AMH, poor ovarian reserve, and thin endometrial lining.
* Perform intrauterine insemination (IUI) procedures and pre-ART workups.
* Guide factor subfertility workups in coordination with diagnostic labs.
Candidate Requirements:
* MS / MD / DNB in OB-GYN with a recognized Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine (FNB / ART).
* Valid TSMC / NMC registration.
