Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end ecommerce operations for skincare products across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and brand-owned D2C sites.
- Optimize product listings: write compelling copy, manage imagery, ensure SEO alignment, and track performance metrics.
- Monitor daily sales, inventory levels, and platform KPIs; trigger restock alerts and coordinate with supply chain teams.
- Run A/B tests on CTAs, banners, and pricing strategies to boost conversion and cart value.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align campaigns with seasonal launches,



promotions, and influencer drops.
- Use analytics tools to identify underperforming SKUs, customer drop-off points, and opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.
