About the Opportunity
A quick-scaling health-tech innovator driving AI-powered digital transformation in pharmacy and patient care ecosystems. We build intelligent, scalable web applications that streamline medication management, enable tele-pharmacy, and integrate predictive analytics for clinical decision support—all powered by modern MERN stack and generative AI tools.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead full-stack development of AI-enhanced clinical and pharmacy web apps using MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Design and implement secure, low-latency REST/GraphQL APIs and real-time features (WebSockets, notifications) for patient and provider workflows.
- Integrate generative AI modules (LLMs, RAG, embeddings) into core applications for automated documentation, symptom triage, and drug interaction alerts.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce scalable architecture, test coverage,



and CI/CD best practices.
- Collaborate with product and data science teams to translate AI research into production-grade features with measurable impact.
- Own system reliability: performance tuning, error monitoring (Sentry, Datadog), and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure) on Kubernetes or serverless.
