About the Role

We are looking for an organized and responsible Store / Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day

warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of stock

handling, team coordination, documentation, and warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and store operations efficiently.

• Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch materials and products.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.

• Monitor inward and outward stock movements and maintain proper documentation.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.

• Ensure proper storage, stacking, labeling, and handling of materials.

• Track stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.

• Identify stock discrepancies, damages, shortages,



and excess inventory.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly inventory and warehouse reports.

• Coordinate with other departments for smooth material movement and order fulfillment.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/store operations.

• Graduate qualification.

• Good inventory and stock-management knowledge.

• Basic computer and documentation skills.

• Positive communication and team-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet operational deadlines.
