- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages and other café items with precision and consistency, following established recipes and quality standards
- Deliver warm, skilled, and engaging customer service, making personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and menu knowledge
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, beverage options, ingredients, preparation methods,



and current promotions to provide informed suggestions
- Handle cash transactions, card payments efficiently
- Manage inventory tasks including daily stock checks, ordering supplies, and maintaining organized storage systems
- Perform opening procedures including equipment setup and cleaning, as well as closing duties such as cash reconciliation and facility preparation
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the café, adhering to all food safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours
- Report any irregularities, customer feedback, or operational concerns to management promptly
- Embrace company values and brand standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
