As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you are the first point of contact for the people who will build Ambitio. Your role is not "filling seats", but understanding what each team needs, finding people who will thrive in a rapid-moving startup, and giving every candidate a professional and warm experience from first outreach to day one.

Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Sales Hiring: Own the full cycle for sales roles (SDRs, BDAs, counsellors, team leads), from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews, closing offers, and driving joining follow-ups against monthly hiring targets.
• Ops & Tech Hiring Support:



Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, source and screen candidates, and manage the process for operations and tech positions, focusing on quality shortlists and fast turnaround.
• Multi-Channel Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases to build and maintain a steady talent pipeline. Run outreach campaigns and keep candidate data clean and up to date in the tracker.
• Candidate Experience & Communication: Be the main point of contact for candidates. Draft and send timely outreach, interview scheduling, feedback, and offer communication, keeping the Ambitio experience professional and warm at every stage.
• Hiring MIS & Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain hiring trackers and share regular updates on pipeline status, time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness. Work closely with hiring managers to align on priorities and give feedback on candidate quality.
