Role Description The Shift Incharge role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. The individual in this role oversees day-to-day operations during their assigned shift, ensuring production or service processes run smoothly, safely, and in line with quality standards. Key responsibilities include planning and allocating work, monitoring team performance, coordinating with maintenance and support functions, and addressing operational issues in real time.



The Shift Incharge maintains shift documentation, tracks key performance indicators, and supports compliance with safety, quality, and company policies. This role also involves guiding and mentoring team members, facilitating clear communication between shifts, and reporting progress and concerns to management.
Qualifications

• Strong shift management and team supervision skills, with the ability to allocate tasks, monitor performance, and maintain discipline on the floor.
• Solid understanding of operations or production processes, including routine troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and adherence to quality standards.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulatory compliance, with a focus on creating and maintaining a safe working setting.
