The Role:
Our site in Pune, India is seeking a Mid-Level UX Designer to join our team.
This person will work on a newly formed team that is helping shape the future of digital tools and platforms at Entegris.
You’ll work directly with highly technical and operationally savvy partners — engineers, scientists, operations leader, business leaders — to design intuitive, effective experiences that improve complex operational workflows, support R&D; innovation efforts, empowering users throughout the ecosystem, from the shop floor to executives, to do their best work.
This is a hands-on role for someone who brings solid product thinking, thrives in complexity, and is excited to help build a new design practice from the ground up. As part of a newly forming Human-Centered Design team, you’ll play an active part in establishing lightweight processes and best practices that enable high-impact outcomes within a lean, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Own delivery for UX design for one or more product teams
• Develop user-centered solutions for AI-enabled tools, determining how emerging AI patterns support operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Human-Centered Design Leadership and cross-functional partners (engineers, scientists, operations and business leaders) to understand business processes, identify opportunities to improve workflows, and design effective digital tools.
• Conduct research and create end-to-end design artifacts, including journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and annotated specs.
• Frame and communicate design rationale to developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with product teams to bring concepts to life and ensure usability and consistency.
• Participate in user validation, iteration, and team ceremonies throughout the product
