Role Description The Technical Support Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Thrissur, Kerala. This role involves providing timely and accurate technical assistance to customers, including diagnosing issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems,



and guiding users through solutions. The representative will manage support tickets, document incidents, escalate complex issues to engineering teams, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to queries via phone, email, or chat, maintaining knowledge base articles, and collaborating with internal teams to improve products and services. The role also requires monitoring recurring issues, suggesting process improvements, and contributing to a high-quality support experience.
