Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Microsoft Trainer (specialized in AI & Copilot) at Koenig Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The Microsoft Trainer will deliver high-quality virtual training sessions on Microsoft technologies, tools, and certifications to diverse global audiences.

Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, AI & Copilot, Power Platform, Fabric) and familiarity with Microsoft certification tracks.
• Experience in technical training, instruction, or mentoring, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Solid presentation, facilitation, and communication skills for remote, interactive classroom delivery.
• Proficiency in designing or adapting training content, lab exercises, and assessments for diverse skill levels.




• Comfort with online training platforms, virtual collaboration tools, and digital learning resources.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (such as AZ-, MS-, or PL-series) strongly preferred; additional vendor certifications are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple batches, and accommodate international time zones as needed.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, professional integrity, and inclusive, learner-centered teaching practices.
