Accountabilities:
As the Social Media Marketing & Community Support Specialist, you will manage day-to-day social media activities, create engaging content, support customers, and help grow a community centered on ocean-friendly living. Your responsibilities will include:

Plan, schedule, and publish a consistent weekly social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and ocean conservation awareness dates.

Create engaging, conversion-focused short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, showcasing product benefits, reef-safer science, dive-trip essentials, and sustainable lifestyle tips.

Collaborate with brand ambassadors, influencers, and nonprofit partners to promote user-generated content and coordinated ocean advocacy campaigns.
