Role Description The Hotel Operations Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for managing day-to-day hotel-related operations for European travel packages. This position coordinates hotel bookings, room allocations, and special requests, ensuring timely confirmations and accurate documentation. The role involves communicating with hotels and suppliers, resolving reservation or service issues, and maintaining up-to-date records in internal systems.



The Hotel Operations Executive collaborates with sales and customer support teams to align hotel arrangements with client itineraries, monitor service quality, and support smooth travel experiences for guests. The role also includes preparing operational reports, tracking costs, and contributing to process improvements for hotel and ground service operations.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess core construction-related skills such as Carpentry and Finish Carpentry for managing physical setup or maintenance of operational areas when required.
• Candidates should possess tool-handling skills, including experience with Hand Tools and Power Tools, to safely support any minor structural or maintenance tasks.
• Candidates should possess basic structural understanding, such as Framing, to assist with layout, fixtures, or temporary installations when needed.
• Previous experience in hotel operations, travel operations, or hospital
