About the Role

We are hiring an Associate Business Consultant – CRM & Marketing Automation to join our Hyderabad team.

This is a client-facing business consulting and solution implementation role, not a conventional IT Business Analyst or documentation-focused position.





You will work directly with customers to understand their sales, marketing, and customer engagement challenges and help translate their business needs into practical CRM and marketing automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with clients, asking insightful questions, presenting ideas confidently, and collaborating with technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Consulting & Client Engagement
- Engage directly with clients to understand their sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes.
- Conduct discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and business process discussions.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, sales conversion, customer retention, and campaign effectiveness.
- Translate business challenges into functional requirements and practical solution recommendations.
