About the Role: You’ll play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. You’ll work closely with the creative, product/category, and analytics teams to drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (ASC, DPA, Sales, Awareness, App Install) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, PMax, UAC).
● Own key growth metrics – CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc.
● Manage ad campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy optimizations, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring
● Manage day-to-day execution, campaign uploads, and quality control.
● Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize performance.
● Work alongside creative teams to guide and brief high-performing ad creatives.
● Analyze data to uncover insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.




● Generate insightful reports to communicate actionable, campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.
● Manage budgets, monitor spends, and ensure efficient allocation across platforms.
● Collaborate with internal and external teams for UTM tagging, attribution tracking, and campaign reporting.
● Stay on top of platform updates, current features, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For:
● 3–6 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta and Google Ads.
● Prior experience at Agencies or D2C brands is highly preferred.
● Solid understanding of performance marketing funnels and customer journey.
● Strong analytical mindset with a knack for numbers and data.
● Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, GA4).
● Self-starter, hustler mentality, and a bias for action.
