Job Purpose:
The Project Manager (PM) – Rebar Detailing will be responsible for managing structural reinforcement detailing projects in accordance with applicable international standards, client requirements, and project specifications. The role involves leading rebar detailing teams, ensuring the quality and accuracy of reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely project completion.
Experience in UK rebar detailing standards is preferred, along with relevant experience in UAE or other international metric-standard projects.
Key Responsibilities:-
Project Management:
• Manage and supervise rebar detailing projects in accordance with applicable standards and client requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of reinforcement detailing drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and related documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, resource allocation, and team productivity.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve project clarifications and technical queries.
Technical Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and oversee reinforcement detailing drawings and bar bending schedules.
• Ensure detailing compliance with applicable standards, including BS 8666, relevant BS EN standards, and project specifications, as applicable.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, constructability, and correct reinforcement arrangement.
• Support the team in resolving complex reinforcement detailing and technical issues.
• Ensure correct interpretation of structural drawings, reinforcement layouts, sections, and schedules.
Team Management:
• Lead and guide a team of rebar detailers and checkers.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality requirements.
