Role Description This is a full time, on-site Operator role based in Panipat. The Operator will be responsible for running and monitoring textile manufacturing machinery,



including equipment used for producing non-woven felts and anti-skid dot backing felts. Daily tasks include setting up machines according to production specifications, loading raw materials, overseeing production runs, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. The Operator will perform routine checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting, and promptly report any issues to the supervisor or maintenance team. The role also involves following standard operating procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to safety and compliance requirements, and collaborating with team members to meet production targets and timelines.
