Solar PV Technician
Location: Vasind, Maharashtra

Salary - Upto 30k in-hand
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a skilled Solar PV Technician & Trainer who can handle both technical field responsibilities and student training.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform Solar PV installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct field visits for solar installations, inspections, maintenance, and technical assignments.
• Work on Rooftop, On-grid, Off-grid, and Hybrid Solar Systems.
• Deliver PPT-based classroom and practical hands-on training to students.
• Train students on solar installation, wiring, testing, safety, and maintenance.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and evaluate trainee performance.
• Maintain solar labs, tools, equipment, and training kits.
• Support workshops, certification programs,



and other technical/training activities.

Travel Requirement
• Pan-India Travel may be required for field visits, installations, training programs, workshops, and other official assignments.
• Travel expenses/allowances for official work will be provided by the organization as per company policy.

Preferred Qualifications
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Solar PV Installation certification preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical training.
• Valuable communication and practical training skills.
• Comfortable with field work and Pan-India travel.
