Content Creator (No freelancers & Only for ??♀️)
We’re a design-led luxury consumer brand looking for 2 creators who can manage our social's and also be the face of our social media pages. If you are someone who understands aesthetics and luxury with good communication skill this role is for you.
Note: We only accept GEN- Z ??♀️ candidates who have promoted content related to fashion, beauty, lifestyle and entertainment related content creators.
What you’ll do:
• Script, shoot and edit short-form videos (reels, carousels, stories) for our Instagram, mostly on a phone
• Write hooks and captions in a hushed, intimate brand voice, short copy with space around it, never loud or salesy
• Track trending reel formats and adapt the winning ones to our brand
• Turn one idea into many pieces: the main video, behind-the-scenes, reactions, bloopers, story-times, different hooks
• Handle posting, scheduling and a simple weekly look at what worked (reach, watch time, saves, shares)
• Work directly with the founder to plan the content calendar and you will also be creating content for the founder's handle as well.
What we’re looking for:
• A real Instagram page, personal or brand, with reels you made yourself (we will look at your hooks, pacing and editing)
• Someone who will be the face of our brand for social pages and don't mind appearing on the content.
• Hands-on video editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar
• Strong scripting and copywriting sense: you know why a reel gets watched in the first 2 seconds
• A feel for luxury and emotion-led storytelling, not discounts and hard-sell
• Comfortable shooting with basic light, a phone and a tripod
• Curious about trends, formats and what makes people share a video
• Must have: Positive Communication Skills (English)
• Optional: motion graphics, voiceover, photography, Canva or Photoshop
