We are looking for a results-driven High-Ticket Sales Manager who can close high-value deals, manage premium customer relationships and take ownership of sales performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive high-ticket sales for luxury villas, private villa buyouts, group stays, destination celebrations, retreats and curated hospitality experiences.
* Own and achieve mandatory monthly sales, booking and revenue targets.
* Handle HNI/UHNI and premium customer enquiries, converting qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification,



consultation, follow-ups, negotiations, objection handling and deal closure.
* Understand customer requirements, group sizes, budgets and occasions to recommend suitable properties and customised experiences.
* Build and maintain relationships with HNI customers, corporate clients, wedding planners, travel partners and premium clientele.
* Drive upselling, premium upgrades, repeat bookings and referrals to increase average booking value.
* Monitor lead pipeline, conversion ratios, average booking value, sales performance and revenue contribution.
* Identify current business opportunities, strategic partnerships and channels for revenue growth.
* Guide and mentor sales team members on high-ticket selling, negotiation, customer handling and closing techniques.
* Coordinate with marketing, operations and property partners to ensure a smooth booking journey.
