Role Description The Hotel OTA Revenue Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for optimizing revenue performance across online travel agencies (OTAs) and related digital distribution channels. This role involves managing OTA rate plans and inventory, monitoring demand and booking patterns, and adjusting pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Daily tasks include reviewing performance reports, analyzing market trends and competitor activity, coordinating promotions,



and ensuring accurate content and availability across all connected platforms. The Hotel OTA Revenue Manager collaborates with finance, sales, and operations stakeholders to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives and to support explicit, consistent reporting. The role also includes identifying new distribution opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with OTA partners, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
