Location: Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Full-time | In office
Department: Internal Support

JOB DETAILS
Salary: ₹25,000–₹70,000 per month, based on experience and performance
Shift: Night shift
Working Days: 5 days per week
Weekly Offs: 2 rotational days off
Transport: Home pick-up and drop-off, subject to route eligibility
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Graduates: Freshers welcome.
• HSC (12th Pass): Freshers or candidates with at least 18 months of work experience.
• SSC (10th Pass): Candidates with a 3-year diploma or at least 1 year of work experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide internal support to various departments.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve operational issues.
• Respond to internal queries and support requests.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Follow up on pending requests and support smooth daily operations.
• Adhere to company policies and quality standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS




• Good English communication and conversational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and collaborate with teams.

EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS
Candidates with prior work experience must provide valid employment documents and relieving letters, wherever applicable.
