Our ideal candidate would be street smart, get a valuable grip of community dynamics and be able to manage implementation of Corporate Social responsibility programmes implemented by partners.
We'd love for our project coordinator to ensure timely implementation, handle community conflict with adequate descrition and discernment, engage effectively with government and community leaders while not compromising on impact for the community.
Prior experience working on proposal development, MIS formats, and logframe/theory of change is essential.
Must be open to frequent travel to meet the fascinating communities served through our projects.
Best fit - 5 - 8 yrs hands on experience in the above mentioned areas of work.
