Role & Responsibilities
• Ability to read & understand engineering drawings.
• Will be responsible for Daily Work Management (DWM).
• Will be Interface with suppliers for engineering development in terms of jigs/fixtures
• Involvement in daily process troubleshooting and finding out solutions for the same.
• Responsible for line balancing, cycle time study & work distribution
• Involvement in improvement of overall equipment efficiency
• productivity and quality improvement through Kaizen activities/Ideas
• Examine the needs for training and create the suitable documents training to departmental personnel.
• Patrol inspection as per the control plan and implementation of action plan on the failure areas
• Involvement in implementing of Kaizens.
11. Study the process and generate Zero defect ideas. Present ideas to management on monthly basis.
12. Current Lines installation.
B.Tech (Electrical & Mechanical) Pass outs of 2026 will be given preference
