We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions across our New Delhi corporate office and Namaste Dwaar Resort. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing recruitment, employee relations,



HR administration and compliance while helping build a professional, accountable and motivated workforce across the group.

Role DescriptionThe Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource operations across Namaste Group, with particular responsibility for the New Delhi office and Namaste Dwaar Resort.
The role requires a hands-on qualified who can independently manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, staff performance and workplace policies. The candidate will work closely with department heads and resort management to ensure adequate staffing, smooth HR operations and consistent employee standards across locations.
