Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales
• Identify and develop current business opportunities in international markets.
• Generate leads through market research, trade platforms, and industry networks.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on business opportunities.

2. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.




• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
• Ensure timely communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.

3. Market Research & Expansion
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Identify potential markets and customers for business expansion.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to management.

4. Order Coordination & Execution
• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
• Track order status, shipment schedules, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer concerns.

5. Reporting & Compliance
• Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade requirements.
