Role Description The Head of Manufacturing will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for UNBRAKO’s fastener product portfolio, ensuring secure, efficient, and high-quality production on a daily basis. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for overseeing production planning, resource allocation, and adherence to manufacturing and quality standards. The role includes driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes for throughput and cost efficiency, and ensuring compliance with relevant certifications and Good Manufacturing Practices. The Head of Manufacturing will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as quality, maintenance, supply chain, and engineering, while mentoring and developing manufacturing staff, monitoring performance metrics, and resolving operational issues.
