About the OpportunityAutopilot Offices is expanding its Facility Management team in Bengaluru. We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals who can independently manage facility operations, lead on-ground teams, strengthen client relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery across managed corporate workspaces.
We are conducting a two-day walk-in hiring drive on 27th and 28th October 2026, with an accelerated interview and selection process for suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities• Soft Services Management: Oversee housekeeping, security, front office, hospitality, hygiene standards, and daily facility operations.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong client relationships, address grievances,



manage escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with service partners, monitor SLAs, and ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Compliance & Quality: Implement SOPs, maintain statutory compliance, conduct audits, and ensure service quality.
• Budget & Cost Management: Monitor operational expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain budget efficiency.
• Technical Coordination: Work closely with technical teams on MEP systems, preventive maintenance, and breakdown resolution.
• Team Leadership: Supervise on-ground staff, monitor performance, and drive accountability and operational excellence.

Candidate Requirements• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, Integrated Facility Services, Managed Offices, Coworking Spaces, or Corporate Real Estate.
